I was cleaning out my grandmother's attic one day and I found some old postcards. Being an avid reader, I found my interest in the history behind each card fascinating. I like reuniting old cards with people who love them in the present. The toys were my sons and have been stored for many years. The jewelry is being sold for a friend. I accidentally mixed-up two orders. I sent an immediate full refund as soon as I was notified. Both items that were sent to each customer were $5 or less. The cost of returning the item and then reposting the item would have been twice the amount of the item. Both customers received apologies and full refunds. With postal costs, I flet that was the most reasonable resolution.
