The item was received in great shape, package was perfect on the interior and exterior box.     The watch was in very good condition and the communication with the seller was good. Unfortunately I had many problems with the sending. It has been very stressful experience to get the package. At least the seller has been very cooperative and that helped. But courier (FedEx in this case) was absolutely terrible.
