  Kelly dresses, as described. After seeing the thin larger packing envelope with the contents inside in a small sided sandwich baggie (which 4 tiny size doll dresses didn't hardly take up any of that space), the shipping was price was way too high. I feel like the smallest size shipping envelope should've been used to be more cost efficient and a better value for the customer. I was borderline on selecting neutral instead of possitive based on the shipping cost.
