But there was no need to contact the seller as the description of the make and model plus the photograph described the item accurately. The item arrived in good time, well packed and marked as having been recently electrically tested. The item was sold as in 'used' condition and the condition matched the description and photograph. Item arrived well packaged and very quickly. However when It was connected the screen was dead. The pc could see it, just nothing being displayed. I contacted the seller, who could not adv as solution. And offered return title. I decided it was to much hassle, so purchased a second one from the seller. Hopefully that is more successful. The seller is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the service.
