Seller blamed shipping company for damaging item, then commenced negotiations, offering me 30% refund to keep the item; I refused; they offered a 50% refund to keep the item; I refused, opened a returns request; they offered a full refund to keep the item in exchange for positive feedback… At least the refund was processed quickly I guess.
