  Mine arrived damaged, but they offered a decent refund and were very sorry! I have absolutely no complaints, yes my item may not work for long, but they were still kind enough to respond to me and the damage was caused by delivery not the makers. I'd highly recommend them

  Seller shipped wrong item, sent SFF-TA-1016 instead of advertised SFF- 8654. When contacted to ask for refund they suggested I sell the item on and they will refund 20% of my purchase price. Why should I do all the work and receive only a faction of my expenses for their error/mislead?

  Livraison tres rapide mais tres mal empaqueter encore une fois le gouvernement a du ouvrir le paquet et refaire le paquet car les étiquettes sont tellement petites qu'il est pratiquement impossible de lire l'adresse du destinataire c'est un probleme fréquent
