This ebayer is lying in their description saying it’s soft close , well it’s not , when I received my toilet seat and it did not close softly I contacted them. It took an age for them to reply . They offered me not even a third of the price as a refund and also said there wash mistake in their advertisement and they would change it immediately. Guess what?? They have not and are still selling it as soft close. Avoid at all cost these items are cheap and rubbish and the seller lies !!
