  i never expected what i received from this seller. The quality of this eBike is fantastic, everything i liked but not the packaging for shipment. because the headlight was broken when i received it. I can see that its not by seller but the negligence of delivery people, Thats why i recommend to the seller to be more careful about packaging each and all items are safe inside the big box. The price is very cheap compare to the retail, The look of the E-bicycle is perfect except the headlight.

  SCAMMERS. First they shipped a literal piece of plastic rubbish (in photo), listing it as the $1000+ electric scooter, but when they realised it was recorded as less than 500 grams, it wasn't possible to say they sent it. So then came the "sorry, you have to speak with our Victorian warehouse manager", then Overseas warehouse manager then Mark, then Tony, then I filled in the wrong section for the refund so I needed to talk with someone else. I had to get eBay to step in to get my refund.
