    Item was exactly as described with images in listing conveying the quality of the product. Shipping took two days longer because of inclement weather on our end. When it arrived, item wasn’t padded inside the packaging (save the electrical connector ends, stuffed in a nice sleeve of styrofoam) however it was dutifully wrapped in three layers of cardboard and an abundance of packaging tape was used providing adequate protection. I’m usually wary on ordering from EBay but the price was perfect! TY

    I got a control panel instead of a control board. My fault as I went by a dryer model # and description and missed that the word 'board' was absent. I thought the high price meant the electrical part was included (I paid $93 for an empty plastic cover.) The seller immediately refused the return. I described the situation - I'm out $93 and the part doesn't fix anything. It's still wrapped and packed. I have no use for it. They could resell it but no, they got the money and customers get screwed.

    First, we do not accept returns. That is why we encourage every Buyer to ask questions if unsure of the part number and fit before buying. Second, the part was disclosed as Control Panel with the correct part number, it was never posted/disclosed as a Power Control Board nor had any pictures showing that part. Third, you wanted to return the part after telling me that it had been installed. For future reference all you have to do is read. Thank you!

    The seller sent me a broken part. I already knew that I am purchasing used one. But the seller sent me a part which is not working. I sent message to the seller again and again for replacement or refund, but the seller is not responding at all. It's sucks. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIE SELLER!!

    After 28 days you wanted to return something that was perfectly fine and working. We do not sent anything that has not been tried and tested and especially something that does not work. You RETURN A PART THAT WAS CLEARLY USED and your refund was issued.
