The seller initially provided a tracking number but it was invalid. When I contacted the seller no reason or apology was provided for the delay. Shipping box was very damaged. Most importantly, the figure received was not the same as the listing photos, which appear to be the ARTFX J KOTOBUKIYA model. It is clearly not the same, quality and value for price is poor, paint and parts are damaged.

It looks old, not new and his excuse was he opened it to re-wrap the item prior yo shipping. If it was unopened and new like the listing said there’s absolutely NO reason for the seller to do that. Not to mention it looks used or displayed and was dusty. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this seller and feel dupped! Be careful when buying!!!!

The seller was nice when they communicated that it would be shipped soon so I appreciated that. The item was packaged well; nothing was damaged. The product I received was absolutely a bootleg, and I wish that was specified in the description because I didn't expect that. There were typo's all over the box, and the product is just a little...off. It doesn't look terrible, it just was unexpected.
