    I wouldn't have called it MINT condition, but the part worked as described. It was not the same serial # as pictured. That must have been a "stock" photo. The seller was very open with communication. He let us know that the order would take 3 days to ship and once it shipped, we received it the next day. We would purchase again from this seller.

    ***** Top customer service ***** First i made an offer on this apogee thunderbridge. After a couple emails the seller made me an offer i couldn't refuse. Unfortunatly upon arrival the unit was DOA. I then tought i was going to have to fight over this so i wrote an extensive email expressing my concerns but i was refunded 100% before i could blink. They then wrote and told me that it was a miss on their end. They were honest right off the bath and even told me to keep the unit for parts. 5 Star
