The company blamed the courier Sendle, who do not track parcels in Queensland. A another ordered 10 April 25.The company advertise on Ebay under two different names otherwise I would not have ordered from them again. The item did not arrive by 29 April 25. Ebay gave a refund. We did all the right thing on our end but it is just out of our control. Ebay didn't even give us the chance to response to your case.
