Packaging was all in foreign language, but have used product before so not an issue. Did have issue with initial order being unceremoniously cancelled when their address system didn’t recognise (correct) AusPost parcel locker address as valid (even though I’d selected & paid extra for AusPost option). After complaining they advised I could reorder and they would manually intervene to ensure parcel locker address validation. Was ok from there, but added time and admin was frustrating.

Glad I’d used the product before as all labels were in foreign language, but otherwise item was as described. Had an issue with order being arbitrarily cancelled initially due to automatic address validation failure (correct AusPost parcel locker address) but once I sent a cranky email they advised I could resubmit my order and they would manually intervene to use parcel locker address as supplied and send via AusPost instead of other provider. I did this & everything went smoothly from there.

Overpriced product. Over 1 week late with delivery. Complicated system with returns! Seller not directly contactable except through ebay page. Agreed that I could return the product registered and sent tracking to them. Got information through to them on 14.3. but till today, NO credit on my account. Seller is well aware of my concerns.

Order was cancelled by seller - supposed issue with delivery address. I messaged twice explaining that the address was correct, no reply. I see they've done the same to others. This would have been a negative review, but since I was refunded immediately I decided to make it neutral. I don't understand why they would cancel it and not reply to my messages. Wanted it for my niece - bought one from Amazon instead so no loss. Disappointing, though.
