    The item was apparently lost in the mail as I never received the product??🤷‍♂️ When I made contact with the seller, response was prompt and I appreciate that. Seller was willing to ship again but I requested a refund instead which was promptly handled. Just an unfortunate turn of events out of control of both the seller and buyer/myself. I appreciate this seller was responsive and resolved this issue.

    Item arrived with some hidden damage to scroll wheel - probably due to mishandling by postal service. Seller was quick to offer replacement and follow up. Response was immediate when I brought it up. It was an inexpensive item, so seller agreed it was not worth the expense of returning and just took my word that the device was broken. Store shows many low cost tech accessories, so I will look to using this vendor in the future,
