    Seller contacted me prior to shipment to inquire if I would like for them to open up the shrink wrapped dvd cases to verify that the disks were not scratched or damaged from shipping before shipping them to me. I accepted to receive them “as is” without opening them. We I received them, I immediately opened each one to verify they were ok. They were all in working order. Thank you for taking the time to provide that service anyway. That was much appreciated.

    The seller was very patient with me and my terrible ability to navigate emails. Once he was aware that 2 of the dishes were broken, he took immediate steps to refund my money. I am confident that he packed the dishes well and this was a carrier issue due to poor handling. No complaints. Very honest. I’m not going to give less than 5 starts as the breakage was not the sellers fault.
