Seller made offer I excepted the offer now they say they can't ship the machine but they excepted my money and they want to replace with a s20 machine that is not right I want the x30 I ordered,when they get restocked

The tool would have been great, but I couldn't use it because when I received it was broken. I contacted the seller and sent this picture and they wouldn't refund my money. They would just refund $2..00. I will not buy anything from this seller again.
