  I was concerned to receive my item with the box removed, i.e. the contents of 2 packs of two had been removed from the box which was folded separately. This means I had to refold the box which was bent in the post and now does not stack with others until required. I do not expect to receive items which have been removed from their protective box. Other suppliers do not do that. In addition, the description is misleading and the price is high in comparison. I will not purchase from Knf again.

  Item as described, quick postage. Tin was open inside packaging and some of the beeswax was out. A wee bit of tape to hold lid in place would solve this problem. Good product for my motorbike boots. A+

  Due to poor packaging item arrived damage, seller ignoring my case and doesn’t respond at all. Need to ask eBay to step in and send the damage item back very poor experience and waste my time with this seller won’t use again.
