The delivery from NSW to Perth was advertised as 4 days which is why I purchased from this seller. It actually took 18 days which must be some type of record. Don't just blame this on the delivery service ' make sure you look into them and if they can do what you promise. When a customer contacts you as I did, don't fob them off with some rubbish that it will take over a week fir you to hear back from the delivery service as to where my article is. Deal with it and your customer as you should.

I paid for this item nearly two months ago. Tracking shows it was never delivered to me. After many reasonable emails I was advised early on that this was being investigated. After four more messages still no response at all. Paid in full early February 2025. Lost nearly $150.00 and no product or contact. Terribly disappointing as a regular EBay customer.
