  I am profoundly disappointed with my recent experience on eBay with this seller. Not only was my item lost twice, but the most troubling aspect was their abysmal communication and complete lack of accountability. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with such dismissiveness when seeking updates or resolutions. Adding to the disappointment, they operate under the name 'Koala Bay,' seemingly to give the impression of being an Australian-based business. In reality, they ship from overseas. Avoid

  The seller refunded my purchase stating the item was defective. Considering that all attempts to purchase this product across various vendors, and that 50% of them have tried to get out of the sale, I do not believe this sellers reason to cancel the transaction. It's either not available or they have realised their listed price is too low. Either way, I'm annoyed that this happens so often on Ebay. I'm off to Amazon now for a better purchase experience.
