I emailed the seller and was very cooperative to include the missing one in the second order which shipped even faster than the first well ahead of schedule. Item received on time thanks to Kocevlobike. My order was sent to the wrong postal code zone and I couldn't get any help getting it rerouted. It was clearly US Postal service at fault. I contacted the seller asking if they could help. 24 hours later here it is setting on my bench! I'm more than completely satisfied with the product and the service from the seller.
