Packaging could've been better; left the purse a little squished and misshapen which wasn't a problem after conditioning and stuffing to reshape. The biggest issue was the thin shoulder strap that was wrapped tightly and got pretty bent out of shape - again lots of conditioner and leaving it to hang to stretch back out was helpful, but could've been prevented. Otherwise purse is beautiful as described and worth the price - thank you!
