  Disappointing - jumper purchased for a birthday present was too small. Advertised as child size 13-14 yrs old but when received was much smaller more like a kids size 7/8 jumper so could not give as a gift. After messages back and forth agreed to refund me half of what I paid. I would’ve expected a full refund as I had to purchase a new gift. They did communicate quite quickly however I was still left feeling disappointed and felt like I wasted money I don’t have.
