  The product is fine, packaged well and all cost reasonable. My order initially got missed by the warehouse. I understand these things can happen, but extra effort should be made to make amends. Response was polite and reasonably quick, but should have sent it immediately and by express to recitify the mistake, not the next day and standard post. Long story short, there will now be a hat waiting for me when I return home in four weeks time :/

  There was some sort of mix up at the warehouse and my boots didn't get sent but after a few messages to the shop they sent express post. I can confirm that they are genuine johnny rebs and they don't appear to be factory seconds they are in perfect condition and boxed in original packaging. I would buy again after the mix up.
