Seller became upset because I said I was going to reach out to eBay for help , so because I said that they were not going to send me the missing hardware from my order so I decided not to contact eBay and they still didn’t send me missing hardware and asked me to return my order as the only option item was sent in plastic display bag not properly packaged was damaged and became opened causing hardware to fall out during shipment beware!

That is not the case at all> I will gladly share the screenshots of the conversation. The customer contacted us at 7PM. Then again, a few hours later when they didn't get a response stating they would return due to no response. Our hours are normal business hours. I responded at 7 am, apologized, and stated I would contact the man. to make sure the hardware was available. That wasn't good enough and they stated they would contact ebay. I asked why and provided info to return the item.

Besides ordering the first batch of studs to my old home address, “my fault” it was an over all easy transaction took maybe 20 minutes to remove and install all 10 studs.
