The worst shopping experience ever. I returned the purchase. At first, the seller want me to pay them with expensive price to get the return label which sounds like they just want more money. I sent the package back, but the package is hold in Chinese customs. The seller did nothing, ignored my chats of customs holding package and just leave the package in Chinese customs and it will return to me. So they will not refund! Once you made the purchase, there’s no way to return!!

First of all, we accept your return request and give you FedEx return shipping fee. If you think we want more money, you can calculate on FedEx see how much the shipping fee would be. You will know if or not we give you the wrong price. As for the cusotms thing, we replied to you that we will talk with the warehouse to check your return parcel. As for refund, I think you already recieve the refunded. Thank you.
