Item was stated as a 13 piece set but only included 12, with no mention of an incomplete set in the listing. Shipping took 14 days. No communication about delay until initiated. Poor packaging; a flimsy plastic bag with no protection, resulting in holes and slight damage. I buy a lot on ebay and never leave negative feedback, but this transaction was disappointing.
