Paid Jan 20th.Contacted seller 4 days later to ask when will ship.Was told it WOULD SHIP the following day(claimed weather has been bad).Day 6 I contact him.Said shipped the previous day and that his post office is having problems.Meanwhile tracking number shows item was never dropped off. Messaged seller stating I was opening a dispute if he couldn't provide proof package was dropped off.Cancels my order and refunds me.Why refund if already shipped ? Seller says because item wouldn't track ? OK
