PCBs arrived safely, but took a long nearly 3 weeks for postage from Poland.

From tracking the shipment it appears that British customs are causing huge problems despite the fact that the shipment had all the required documents and the duty was covered by the seller. This is completely incomprehensible and is killing trade.

Good quality adaptor pcb but delivery to UK was slow, ordered 18th feb, despatched 20th feb…arrived 11th March. Perhaps change shipping service? Overall I’m happy.

We do our best to speed things up. We also ship with DHL (but they also use their intermediaries and charge exorbitant fees). I stick on all the appropriate customs labels and information on the paid customs. I also provide a phone number so that they can quickly contact the buyer if they have any questions. For larger orders > 50GBP free shipping. We have more and more PCB models.
