    I received this item ( Kitchen Scales ) , no issue with delivery time but on opening the package the scales were damaged / in pieces. I did contact the seller and promptly had the purchase amount refunded back to my PayPal account. Thanks to the Seller.

    Ordered 18 of these LED hats in various colours, for a costumed performance on 18/1/25. Hats arrived in 5 lots, received over about 3½ weeks. All consignments were shoved into flimsy plastic bags, with absolutely no packing material, not even marked 'fragile'. 10 hats somehow survived the trip, 3 some damage, 5 squashed. Seller refunded cost of those 5, but refused replacements with adequate packing. Now not enough time before 18th for alternatives. Most disappointing transaction ever on eBay.
