    Price, description are great. Packing was kind of poor, very loose bubble wrap bag. Bolts were in plastic case - severely cracked. Bolts are okay. Shipping was late (originally no tracking provided) Requested tracking after item was past estimated delivery window. Perhaps I will cancel future eBay orders if tracking is NOT provided at time of sale. I gave positive rating but really negative rating should be given due to unusual packing, broken case, and no tracking at time of purchase.
