All the factors of this auction pointed toward the seller honestly trying to get these boots to me, but once it entered the USPS system, this package was lost and little done by the mail service to find it. Communication with this seller was excellent, but there was little either they or I could do to fix the situation. After filing a 'lost package' claim, we waited...after a week, we agreed to a refund. I'm quite satisfied with this seller's actions!
