This seller created problems by putting restrictions on the delivery of package other sellers have not, and was very uncooperative until backed against the wall in working to resolve them. He came up with lame, false excuses ( "my english is not so good...""it's the ebay/FedEx/PayPal regulations). In the end I got the item, but also several sessions of grief and aggravation trying to work this out. Save yourselves a headache and don't do business with him

Hello, thank you for your order.we have contacted you and FedEx several times to solve your problem.Because you want to change the address, and that will occur commission of FedEx. The fedex us has contacted you for delivery but you didn't reply. Then we received the message from FedEx Japan, if you don't receive the package, they will destroy or return the package . So we tried to work it out and told FedEx Japan to change your address and help you keep the package not to return or destroy.
