  I'm was pleased with the Dell 5490 laptop that I bought from kzalta for an excellent price. It arrived with serious damage from an apparent drop while in shipment (NOT the fault of kzalta, who had packed/cushioned the laptop quite well). Kazalta responded promptly, submitting a damage claim with the shipper, and offering to send me a replacement laptop, which will arrive in just a few days. I think kzalta is an excellent Ebay merchant who I would certainly buy from again.
