    Seller is not taking responsibility for mistakes done at export side, by lack of VOEC on the electronic export declaration. Result is extra costs at arrival with VAT and a custom clearance operation which both is not there done correctly. Instead of refunding the amount payed by buyer to have parcel released the shipper is trying frenetic to run away fm. his or his nominated principals responsibility as mistake is done entirely by them. No assistance except delaying whole process. Disappointing!
