    Great to deal with, fast delivery, packed very well, AAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++ (Note - left original price tag on back of book, very disappointing that we paid $20 for item which included free postage, received the item with $8 price tag on it and charged $7.50 for alleged free postage (which was advertised) and out of pocket an extra $4.50 for what?
