  The shipping was fast, the packaging was great, and the product is new, just as described! 😍😍 I used to have the mist a long time ago but couldn't find it in stores, so I ordered it online.   BUYER BEWARE!!!! THIS SELLER DOES NOT RESPOND TO QUESTIONS. I ASKED FOR MEASUREMENTS MULTIPLE TIMES & EVEN ASKED AT TIME OF PAYMENT TO SEND MEASUREMENTS BEFORE SHIPPING. SELLER IGNORED THIS. ITEM DEFINITELY NOT "NEW WITHOUT TAGS." IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS BEEN USED. FAUX FUR IS MATTED LIKE IT WAS WET OR RUN THROUGH A WASHER. I THINK EBAY SHOULD KICK THESE TYPES OF SELLERS OFF THE PLATFORM. SHOP ELSEWHERE. THERE ARE BETTER SELLERS OUT THERE.

  I am sorry you are not happy with your product. The item like all the other pet items I have are "BRAND NEW" as reported! Some with tags some without, as reported. You received the same condition. I did not respond to your initial request as I have recently had major back surgery. If you had an issue after purchase (didn't fit), and contacted me, I offer my customers a full refund no questions. Your review was malicious and intended to be so. I expect more from other obvious sellers!!!

  If the seller was well enough to ship the item, it seems reasonable that the seller could have responded to queries about measurements at that time, prior to putting the item in the mail. Seller needs to present items truthfully, not NWOT when they are used. SELLER NOT AN ASSET TO EBAY. THIS FEEDBACK IS TRUTHFUL, NOT MALICIOUS AS SELLER CLAIMS.
