They mislead you into believing they use Australia post as shown in their pictures, but they use one of the most appalling delivery companies. They are slow and not responsive. Stay away from this seller, they operate their good from overseas and but mislead you to believe they are in New south Wales. Purchased a new battery & tuner worked after that. Shipping was disaster. small padded bag Item sent from Sydney to Brisbane 16-oct 24. Was not delivered after correspondence and follow ups until Mon 28-10-24. Not sellers fault, but choice of sellers selected shipper is not doing their customers any favours.
