    Je n'ai pas reçu la pierre commandée ! J'avais de plus demandé un perçage et il n'a pas été fait. Bref extrêmement déçue. Le cabochon reçu à la pace n'est vraiment pas beau. Remboursement demandé. Accepté par le vendeur qui s'est excusé. De plus, j'ai dû payer une taxe supplémentaire à la réception ! Ce qui commence à faire cher pour un produit qui n'est pas le bon ! Je suis vraiment déçue !

For the tax deduction, we want to clarify that taxes are not collected by sellers. Therefore we have no information or control over any additional tax deductions.     We've repeatedly tried to contact the buyer regarding their eBay messages, but we haven't received a response. We want to clarify that the product they received is indeed the correct one. The appearance of "white lines" is due to the camera's flash, which can alter the perception of the item's true color and texture. We've explained this to them, but they haven't acknowledged our explanation.
