    Part received different from what was listed and pictured in order. Ordered 00UR983, never used. Shipped 00UR984, appears used. Shipped via auspost in envelope wrapped in cardboard, arrived with no physical damage. Seller reached out to apologise and confirmed wrong listing was sent. Photos match different cheaper item on their store. They offered to send correct part but I accepted refund of price difference after testing. Seems like honest mistake. Good communication

    Works perfectly, shipped quickly, arrived quickly, excellent price, excellent condition, appearance is spot on, cant ask for more really, I've ordered a few things from these guys now, and unlike alot of other eBay sellers, they do have what they claim in stock, they do dispatch rapidly, and they are very responsive to any questions, I've never had any issues, but I'm sure they would resolve that rapidly as well, we need more sellers like this and less like BrandBeast who make eBay look terrible

    Great service when I really needed it. I sent a photo of the part I required, within a few minutes I had a response on a public holiday day. I then purchased the part and it was delivered within 3 days, unbelievable. The part I received fitted perfectly into the SSD slot and my laptop booted again. I will endeavour to support this seller in the future.
