  Wow, great work, Laureldragon! This DVD arrived more than a week ahead of the earliest expected delivery time. The disc is in great condition, just as described, and it was well-packaged. The seller even included an extra DVD in the case, which was another WW2 documentary (very interesting!) I am very grateful for that little extra bit of goodwill. I'm also super impressed with the service given by Laureldragon and I would recommend this seller to anyone. Thanks so much, you're a legend!

  Normally people post about how great the product was but in my case it wasn't what was expected. At this stage you are probably thinking this is a negative review but it is quite the opposite. Laurel responded immediately to my concerns and had organised a refund within 24 hours. I was worried I would have to argue my point but there was none of that. Anyone can sell stuff on Ebay but it is an exceptional Ebay seller who can respond well when things don't work out.
