1) The product was in the cart and they took money from me, I don’t know how they did it. I have proof that I did not make this purchase! 2) The cheap plastic on the phone was cracked (the phone did not fall, and if it did, the case would still break. It does not protect the phone.) 3) There was glue on the front side that stuck to the case. display and ruined the protective film, which cost 20 euros.And it cost me 32€. Dear,Did you leave the wrong feedback to my store? Fristly,we got your order total $10.02 and another $1.7 is VAT not for seller.Exchage to EUR is only about 9 EUR not your said 20 euros or 32 euros.Pls kindly check your order details. Secondly, about the case.We had packed it well with box.And it is has a film on the surface.You should remove it before using.Pls kindly check it and hope you could help us to remove the Negative feedback.Thanks.
