We operate from a 7000sqft warehouse in the UK and stock all of our parts in-house allowing us to ensure our quality control measures are met whilst also allowing us to provide rapid delivery.

    As advertised and well packed, through no fault of their own, the parcel was delivered to the house next door to ours by the post office. the house was empty in the process of being sold. but the new owners moved in today they found a load of mail addressed to our house on the doorstep, including this parcel, hence the delay in feedback.

    An absolutely amazing seller, I bought a lighting kit but didn’t check to see if it worked when it arrived. unfortunately a month later I then opened the item & found it was faulty (completely my fault for not checking). I contacted the seller to inform them of the issue and they then sent me a replacement item free of charge and on next day delivery too.. I never expected a replacement because a whole month had past! I would not hesitate to buy from this superb seller, brilliant service 👌
