Lenwell is a professional cell phone screen repair shop registered in Houston, Texas. Our services include iWatch, iPhone, iPAD and Samsung cell phone screen repairs. We also provide replacement screens if you choose to save on repair costs by installing the new screens by yourself if you know how. Our customers include cell phone stores and consumers. We are probably the only repair shop in US that repairs screens on full line of Apple and Samsung cell phones and tablets on daily basis. We have fixed damaged screens on more than 30000 Apple and Samsung devices since 2015. I was super skeptical at first and very nervous sending my iPad 11 Pro (4th Gen) to a stranger to do the service at a fraction of the $499 fee Apple charges. Fortunately it paid off! They did an amazing job with a 24hr turnaround from the point it was delivered to them. The entire process took about a week and a half from mailing to return delivery. I cannot fully express my appreciation for Lenwell Digital. I cracked the screen on my iPad mini V.6. The LCD was fine except one tiny, tiny spot. No one would replace just the glass until I found Lenwell. I paid the $129, shipped them my iPad and they communicated with me by text. Replaced the glass and sent it back to me all within one week! Fast, efficient and good work. If you need the glass on your iPad fixed, you can completely trust them to get it back to you repaired and ready to go.

Very happy with the glass replacement from Lenwell. Everything works just keep in mind that your digitizer can’t have any flaws or dead spot in order to work properly. I send my ipad pro 11 2gen prority mail well protected with bubble wrap and insurance just in case. As soon as they got it. I received a video of screen test before and after it was fix. Very happy so far

Item never arrived, seller advertises FAST service but in reality the seller actually ships the item with the cheapest shipping option available . We sent the iPad to the the seller 2 day USPS priority with insurance . The seller sent it back UPS GROUND , with no insurance. Package is lost and seller isn’t providing any solutions.

Absolutely not a Fast service and they don’t insure anything and of course they don’t offer refunds. Scam likely!!!!

Item arrived to your home on Feb 24th. Our repair turn over is 1 business day which is fast repair service. We kept every step informed. Send text message when we received package and also send testing videos and tracking number when we shipped out. Because of a UPS mechanical issues the package was delayed and also because of the weather which is uncontrollable events your package was delayed one more time on the way. Why scam? Why we need refund to you? How do you know we don't have insurance?
