    Hello. I have contacted the seller twice. This item came with 2 broken wings, a detached arm, and the butterfly was at the bottom of the box, along with a tube of Super Glue! Their response was it was the buyer was supposed to glue it together. I replied that in the description, this was definitely not mentioned. The second reply from them was, sorry, it was not mentioned, but kept insisting it was my responsibility. If I wanted a refund, I would have to return it. They knew it was broken.

    Dear Customer, As we explained before, this item needs to be assembled by the user and the reason is in case of broken during transportation, even the packing design is for each pcs, if you can't accept it, you can return to us, we will refund you as soon as possible, thank you!
