The seller removed the serial number from the packaging and missing warranty card, upgrade instructions and keys. The manufacture seals were missing. We cannot register the machine with Sony office web site to receive any official support. The seller sells questionable items, but describe they are brand new ones. We spend around $2000 to receive a questionable item.

Please google Sony sealed information online. you order the item from Hong Kong. and Hong Kong & Asia version stock wasn't with Sealed label. and our listing was mention item was open for quality check.
if you need Sony support. please order the item from local Sony store. not online from other country. next item order please read description before order. and we provided free return shipping label to buyer return for full refund.
