Overall satisfied with the product. The packaging is not the best. I had mine arrive with some scuffs on the rotors. The seller told me due to the price is the reason why they are packaged that way

We have to pack these a certain way that they fit inside the box, since these are big car parts. We could use a bigger box, yes, but the cost would be higher due to what USPS charges. Another thing would be the way that USPS handles the packages. We try to pack our items without any play inside the boxes so they do not have any damage on them, but USPS tends to not be so delicate with the items. En el paquete una de las bolsas estaba abierto le faltaban piezas que al otro no ya que son dos piezas en 1 paquete, contacte vendedor y reclamo que para empezar dicho paquete no incluía las piezas cuando claramente indica en su publicidad que si y es una pieza completa lo cual se ve en la foto su ruptura y piezas extraídas

Se le dijo al cliente que se le enviaria una pieza nueva para corregir el error. Cliente amenazo con dejar su feedback negativo a pesar de que se le busco la manera de ayudarle. Si no se siente satisfecho, puede abrir un "return request" en cualquier momento y se hace una devolucion total de su dinero, tan pronto recibamos las piezas. Muchas gracias.
