  Buyers of the product please be aware of my observations with this seller. The BarkShield Pro Tm is an actual trademarked item. Its sold in a trade marked box and is branded as such. The item i received was supplied in a box with Anti Barking Device and no mentions of BarkShield Pro on it anywhere? I challenged the seller on this glaring difference & said it appears to be a Chinese copy it has Chinese on the box ? Said it was the same and claimed i could be refunded if it didnt do the same thing

  They were very professional in all aspect the minute I notify of the product arrived defective. They even did not ask me to return back the product at my expense on the shipping but yet they refunded my full amount of the purchase price.
