BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a 30.03 lb quartz white crystal with the buy now price and I got a confirmation that the sale went through. The next day the seller cancelled the order and said the item got damaged during packing. A week later I saw the exact item on Amazon. When I confronted the seller and asked her to send it to me since the item obviously isn’t broken she claimed she repaired it and sold it to the Amazon seller. She refused to get the item back even though I bought it first.

The object that arrived to me does not correspond at all to the one seen in the photo, it is an ugly stone and not an amethyst, moreover it was also paid dearly and I am very disappointed as I feel robbed. the seller, very reticent at first, was neither sorry nor even apologised.
