  100% positive experience! Ken-ichi-san was clear and responsive, and the communication we had was very pleasant. The magazine got here even faster than expected, and the packaging was really sturdy. I wasn't sure how the extras would arrive (this one came with a CD), but it was built into the magazine itself, and combined with the sturdy packaging, it arrived in pristine shape.   the item came later than intended(not sellers fault. something to do with overseas shipping i think) anyways had requested a refund as it still wasn't showing up, but(a month had gone by). but, a few days later i had received the item. so i paid them for the item via PayPal so that way they weren't out money or anything like that. the item itself came just as shown in the picture. the seller replies to messages quickly and they're a very nice person. would like to do business with them again :)

  My package arrived on time. The item was listed as new but the corner was slightly damaged. I bought two items and only this one was damaged, it isn’t noticeable and the contents of the book is not damaged so I’m still very pleased with my purchase 🫶🏻 Also the seller was friendly and good at communication.   Un très beau livre avec beaucoup de texte (en japonais) et de photos superbes. Comme d'habitude ,Ken-ichi envoie les objets sans délai et l'emballage est très soigné. Je recommande vraiment ce vendeur sérieux et qui communique gentiment. Il ne vous reste plus qu'à améliorer votre japonais pour pouvoir traduire le bouquin.
