  Very happy with the pool cue and chalk, also very happy with follow-up from seller following abysmal performance by Aramex (carrier) Aramex had the package for over 7 days to carry the package from Lismore to Brisbane. Aramex would not provide any tracking details, contacted them by email, phone and direct questioning on their website, gat absolutely no response except a curt "It Is Still In Transit). I would resist dealing with an online retailer if they used Aramex for freight.
